Step 1: Install Smart Card ToolSet PRO v3.4.2

The response APDU from your smart card will be displayed in the Response field below the command field. You can see the response data and status words in hexadecimal format, as well as their interpretation according to ISO-7816 standards.


Step 5: Scan Your Smart Card


To scan your smart card, you can use the APDU Scanner tab of the Card Explorer window. Here you can select a scanning mode from the drop-down list and click on the Start button to begin scanning your smart card for available files and records.


The scanning results will be displayed in a tree view below the scanning mode field. You can see the file identifiers (FIDs), record numbers, record lengths, record data, etc., of your smart card files and records.


Step 6: Use Templates and Plug-Ins


To enhance your smart card experience, you can use various templates and plug-ins that are available in Smart Card ToolSet PRO v3.4.2. Templates are predefined sets of commands or codes that are specific to certain types of smart cards or applications, such as GSM SIM cards, EMV payment cards, identity cards, etc. Plug-ins are additional modules that extend the functionality of Smart Card ToolSet PRO v3.4.2 with new features or tools.
